Customer Solutions Manager – Smart Metering & IoT Platforms
We are seeking a senior, customer-facing technical delivery leader to drive the end-to-end deployment, adoption, and success of our client’s smart metering and IoT platforms.
In this role, you will:

Act as a trusted advisor to utility customers
*
Own technical escalations and resolution
*
Serve as the bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams
*
Influence and provide input into the product roadmap
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for experienced professionals from customer-facing technical roles in utilities, smart metering, IoT, telecoms, or cloud platforms. Typical titles include Customer Solutions Manager, Technical Account Manager (TAM), Solutions Architect (Post-Sales/Delivery), or Implementation/Deployment Manager (AMI/Utilities).
Must-Have Criteria:

Experience owning end-to-end deployments, from requirements gathering to pilot, rollout, and BAU
*
Senior customer-facing experience in post-sales delivery
*
Proven track record in complex platform or system delivery (cloud, IoT, AMI, HES)
*
Strong stakeholder management across customers and internal engineering teams
*
Experience acting as the escalation point for technical and operational issues
High-Value Nice-to-Haves:
*
Smart metering experience (SMETS2 a strong advantage)
*
Knowledge of utilities and electricity markets
*
Familiarity with AMI, HES, or MDM platforms
*
Experience with global or multi-site deployments
*
Involvement in product roadmap input or collaboration
