Avia Homes is a young, dynamic team seeking a Talent Coordinator. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in candidate sourcing who knows how to find and attract great people, with a positive can-do attitude.

About the role:

As our Talent Coordinator, your primary focus will be proactively sourcing top talent through various platforms and channels. You’ll play a key role in building talent pipelines, identifying strong candidates, and partnering closely with hiring managers to support our growing team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Create and post job advertisements across all platforms.
2. Proactively source candidates through various channels, using creative search techniques and strategic approaches to talent attraction.
3. Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and engage with prospective candidates.
4. Coordinate and assist with interviews by managing scheduling and diary coordination for hiring managers.
5. Conduct reference checks and prepare candidate documentation.
6. Develop and maintain candidate pools to meet current and future hiring needs.
7. Partner with managers to match candidates, forecast needs, shape recruitment strategies, and solve resourcing challenges.
8. Deliver an engaging and professional process that reflects Avia Homes' values and brand.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

* A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or internal).
* Demonstrated experience in sourcing high-quality candidates through proactive search techniques.
* Knowledge of, or interest in, the construction industry is an advantage.
* Familiarity with online job advertising platforms.
* Strong written skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills— you connect easily with people.
* Highly organized, solution-focused, and driven by results.
