Main duties of the job Lead the development, management, and delivery of prescribing and therapeutics training programmes for undergraduate medical students and junior doctors. Provide an advanced clinical pharmacy service to a designated ward/directorate, including medicines reconciliation, care planning, therapeutic drug monitoring, and patient education.
