An award-winning and rapidly expanding law firm is seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join their growing London team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and procedural knowledge, along with a passion for supporting and mentoring junior colleagues. You will be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and a strong team player.
Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from pre-exchange through to completion
* Advising on the sale and purchase of a full range of residential property matters, including plot sales and actions for developers
* Providing confident, tailored advice to local and national clients, including high-net-worth individuals
* Ensuring excellent file management and organisational practices
* Supporting junior team members with guidance and knowledge sharing
* Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with substantial experience in residential property
* Strong technical understanding of residential conveyancing
* Proven experience handling a diverse caseload independently
* Excellent communication and client-care skills
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* A collaborative and proactive team player
