Someone with fantastic administrative and coordinating skills, along with excellent communication, and some knowledge of the veterinary sector would be an advantage for this role.

What you'll be doing:
* Provide support with general day to day queries for our practices/businesses
* Initiate communications to practices/businesses through both written and verbal channels
* Support the wider field-based Operations teams and other VetPartners central functions
* Coordinate various ad hoc project work within agreed timelines
* Collating data and updating of spreadsheets for accurate tracking
* Attend meetings, provide minute taking where needed and follow up action point deadlines
You will have the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
* Experience of project work/management an advantage
* An understanding of veterinary services an advantage
* Must be a team player
* Approachable, pro-active, and driven
* Proven ability in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
* Strong emotional intelligence
* Confident communicator at all levels
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-changing reactive environment
* Willingness to 'muck in'
* Prioritising important tasks, amongst a varied workload, will be key to the role

The finer details
* Based out our York Central Office with some degree of flexibility of hybrid working from home.
* Mon - Fri
* 37.5 hours per week
* Salary £24K
* 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
