Ensuring a consistently memorable customer shopping experience while generating meaningful revenue and positive operating profit for their store. Lead the sales floor to ensure a consistent memorable customer shopping experience using the highest standards of service excellence while building client relationships and upholding our company culture. Partner with General Manager to learn the role of a leader and positively influence the store team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

3. Motivate, Lead & develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer support
4. Deliver the highest standards of Operational efficiencies, compliance, performance & profitability
5. Deliver profit expectations by managing expenses and exceeding sales & key metric targets; Conversion, Units per transaction, Sales per worked hours, Customer Data capture, Units per Hour, Shrink & Audit targets
6. Optimize resource to improve productivity, operational efficiency and provide an exceptional RL Experience
7. Utilize available data to draw conclusions to optimize performance and/or take corrective action Proactively track & monitor competitor activity & share opportunities Create & deliver action plans to minimize shrink & improve store compliance
8. Direct and inspire the team to maximise KPI results & opportunities by providing the RL Experience & delivering
9. Operational excellence Support the hiring & development of talent to meet the business requirement Manage talent performance, support personal development plans, provide regular feedback & coaching
10. Encourage a culture with creativity, strong work ethic & a passion for the RL Brand
11. Act as the store Brand Ambassador; manage the adherence of the company dress & grooming standards

13. Consistently communicate, deliver & drive the RL Experience service model to an exceptional level Foster a customer first culture across the store employee population.
14. Provide all customers a welcoming environment to Connect, Convert & Conclude, leaving them with a positive lasting impression of RL
15. Share product knowledge, coach selling skills to new & existing employees to ensure delivery of RL Experience, operational efficiencies & fulfilment of product
16. Drive the operational efficiencies to ensure customer experience team can connect, convert and conclude
17. Influence the visual presentation strategy through commercial thinking & utilisation of key reports Identify & resolve inventory levels & opportunities in partnership with Corporate business partners Ensure compliance to all company policy & procedures including, APIS, Cash management and Health & Safety
18. Ensure adequate store supplies are available & managed within agreed budget
