Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:
5. Payroll processing of a large payroll
6. Reconciliation of payroll tax, work cover and superannuation monthly balance sheet rec and annual reconciliation
7. Administrative duties: filling, set up new employee folder, hand out starter pack, collect police check and reimburse police check expense
Ideal Candidate
8. Previous experience using Chris21 or iChris - No exceptions
9. Ideally, previous experience in payroll in a Community services or NFP sector
10. Effective time management & organisational skills
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
13. Must have current Working with Children Check + National Police Check
