Job Title: Customer Service & Order Management Executive
Our client is a family-owned business, trading for over 30 years, and a leading manufacturer in their industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer orders and provide feedback and market intelligence.
2. Ensure timely processing of website orders.
3. Maintain customer records in the Sage database.
4. Contact customers regarding order delivery times and delays.
5. Identify new business customers who have placed orders online.
6. Identify and address failed checkout carts on the website.
Working Hours:
8:30am - 5:00pm, fully office-based.
Package:

* Progressing quotations by calling customers
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a sales office or customer service environment.
* Confident and clear telephone manner.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook).
* Strong record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
