Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our outstanding team at Bluebird Care. If you are compassionate, caring, and patient, this could be the perfect next step in your career
Role Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality support and supervision to care teams.
* Work one day per week from the office (day agreed with RM).
* Attend weekly huddle meetings to ensure smooth operations.
* Positively represent Bluebird Care in the community.
* Report any concerns or issues promptly to the Registered Manager (RM).

Requirements:
• Level 2 (or above) in Health & Social Care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
