SR2 is working with a consultancy on a large scale government programme. We are looking for a Change Manager / Transformation Manager, who has a wealth of experience working on technical programmes within government. The successful candidate will have experience on change programmes for IT solutions such as ITIL / Operating Model / Service Design.
This transformation programme is looking at building and embedding a new organisation-wide support model for managing and using data, including new processes, governance, tooling, and ways of working.
* Recent proven experience working with agile delivery environment and adhering to Government Digital Service Standards.
* Practical experience using structured frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, ITIL, and MSP/PRINCE2 Agile.
* Deep knowledge of service transition, organisational change, and benefits realisation methodologies.
* Experience shaping and leading contributions to business cases for new public-sector services.
* Ability to define, evidence, and assess the benefits of new services and products.
* Proven capability in designing organisational models that span multiple stakeholders and suppliers
* Track record of delivering change across large, complex, multi-organisation programmes.
* Strong facilitation skills, including leading workshops, co-design activities, and governance forums.
