Job Title: Town Planner

An established and well-respected Planning Consultancy in the Midlands is seeking two motivated professionals to join their growing Planning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative business of over 800 people, offering diverse and challenging projects across a range of sectors.
About the Roles
The practice is recruiting for two positions within its Planning Department:
One focused on strategic planning projects, including residential, commercial, and retail development.
The other centred on infrastructure and energy projects.Both roles offer the chance to lead on high-quality and innovative planning schemes, with responsibilities including:
Undertaking site appraisals and preparing planning applications.
Liaising with clients, consultants, and local planning authorities.
Managing projects and mentoring junior team members.
Preparing planning reports, site submissions, and representations.
Attending meetings, negotiating outcomes, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Supporting wider business development and cross-divisional collaboration.About You
MRTPI qualified (or working towards qualification).
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload.
Strong report writing and presentation skills.
Good understanding of the UK planning system and commercial awareness.What's on Offer
