The Role
We're on the lookout for a Sales Administrator (Delivery Facilitator) with a solid background in administration, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project manage and provide administrative support within the Delivery Team
Plan, coordinate and oversee new installations, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met
Liaise with engineers, 3rd-party suppliers and customers in a professional manner
Keep customers fully updated throughout the installation process
Take full ownership of installations until completion
Maintain accurate records in company systems and databases
Manage porting, line migrations and broadband services
Ensure billing is correctly set up post-installation
