About The Role To manage all maintenance activities including large engineering projects for the TGS and T&C plant business. Manage reliability, training and compliance of the TGS fleet. What you'll be doing Manage Ashford Depot in conjunction with the Depot Supervisors including all maintenance/engineering activities, development of staff and the safe operation of the facility. Ensure all working practices are safe, efficient and are of the highest possible quality. Manage the Engineering areas, training and depot budgets. Manage and ensure contractual recharges are captured and charged accordingly. Assist in the development of TGS and T&C technical documentation including SMI’s, VMI’s and technical procedures. Manage with the support from the trainer assessors the shop floor staff to drive and embed quality VMI’s and engineering practices. Lead and manage TGS and T&C maintenance/engineering PDR’s and monthly meetings as required. In conjunction with the Reliability Manager ensure the RCA process is managed for all TGS machine partial and lost shifts or potential lost shift events. Provide Technical assistance and guidance.
