As a Child in Care Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to the individual needs of children in care.
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, and other professionals.
* Monitoring and reviewing the progress of children in care, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Advocating for the rights and needs of children, promoting their voice in decision‑making processes.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
* A recognised social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Experience working within the child protection or looked‑after children sector.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
* Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices.
