Working closely with the Head of English, you will play a key role in shaping a shared vision for excellence, supporting colleagues to secure outstanding outcomes, and contributing to a culture where creativity, academic rigour and a love of literature thrive. This is an exciting opportunity to influence curriculum development, lead on a key stage, and help sustain the strong foundations of an already successful department while championing continual improvement for every learner.
What we're looking for:
1. Qualified Teacher Status
2. Degree in relevant subject area
3. Evidence of successful teaching experience at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
4. Knowledge of recent developments within English
5. Be an excellent classroom practitioner

About de Stafford School
de Stafford is an 11-16 comprehensive school located in Caterham, Surrey which joined GLF Schools MAT in December 2016. The school has a PAN of 180 students per year group. The school serves predominantly the local Caterham community with the majority of students residing within the CR3 catchment area.
