We’re looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Social & Influencer Lead to help shape, grow and deliver LCA’s social media and influencer marketing offer. Sitting within our Social Team and working with our Digital Engagement Lead and our Corporate & Consumer Comms team, you’ll be at the forefront of developing best-in-class social-first campaigns that elevate the presence of brands, destinations, and places across a wide range of platforms.
This is a key role with responsibility for building client relationships, delivering standout influencer partnerships and social strategies, and growing a brilliant team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our social and influencer offer across organic, paid and creator-driven work—focusing on reach, resonance and results.
Whether you're overseeing content creation, negotiating influencer deals or using insight to optimise strategy, you'll bring creativity, curiosity, and commercial thinking to everything you do.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Campaign Leadership
* Lead the development and execution of integrated social media and influencer marketing strategies across clients in property, place, destination and the wider built environment.
* Identify trends, creators and content formats that keep our clients culturally relevant and strategically positioned.
* Collaborate with the Digital Engagement Lead to ensure alignment across paid, organic, and influencer strategies.
* Deliver tailored social and influencer strategies aligned to client objectives—from awareness to action.
Client & Project Management
* Act as the day-to-day senior contact for clients on social and influencer matters—building trust, offering counsel and delivering results.
* Lead social-first proposals and contribute to integrated new business pitches.
* Manage the execution of influencer campaigns end-to-end: from talent identification and contracting through to delivery and post-campaign evaluation.
* Produce and present creative ideas and campaign results to clients with clarity and confidence.
* Display a strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage client accounts effectively while overseeing budgets, contracts, and ensuring profitable project delivery.

Commerciality
* Display a strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage client accounts effectively while overseeing budgets, contracts, and ensuring profitable project delivery, alongside the Directors and Managing Directors.
* Lead commercial discussion and support pricing for new business pipeline.
* Effectively reviewing and keeping on top of timesheets for yourself and the team.
* Report into MDs on overall division targets, alongside the Digital Engagement Lead.
Team Development & Leadership
* Manage and mentor a growing team of social media and influencer specialists (within the social team, and wider agency), alongside the Digital Engagement Lead.
* Set objectives, provide constructive feedback, and nurture a positive and high-performing team culture.
* Work into the MD of C&C and alongside the Digital Engagement Lead to shape the future direction of the team, capabilities and offer.
Content Oversight & Platform Expertise
* Oversee the production of social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X, optimised for format, audience and channel.
* Support the creative process—ensuring content is on-brand, engaging, and impactful.
* Ensure influencer content aligns with campaign goals and brand voice, and meets legal and regulatory standards (e.g. ASA and CMA guidelines).
Measurement & Insight
* Use analytics tools to monitor performance and extract insights that inform future strategy.
* Develop regular reporting frameworks, demonstrating ROI on influencer and social campaigns.
* Feed insights back to clients and teams to improve ongoing delivery and innovation.
Collaboration & Innovation
* Work closely with the Design, Insight, and wider PR teams to create joined-up campaign narratives.
* Stay ahead of emerging platform updates, influencer trends and tech to ensure LCA remains at the cutting edge.
* Champion innovation and thought leadership, contributing to internal masterclasses, blogs and external events.
About You:
* A strategic, confident communicator with at least 5 years of experience delivering and leading social and influencer campaigns—ideally in an agency setting.
* Skilled at building relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and clients alike.
* Fluent in the languages of TikTok trends, Instagram insights, LinkedIn strategies, and digital storytelling.
* Passionate about placemaking, the built environment and lifestyle-led communication.
* An empathetic team leader who brings people with you and fosters a creative, fun and accountable culture.
* Insight-led, always seeking to understand what drives engagement and how to improve performance.
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects and confident in making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
