About the Role
We are currently recruiting qualified Nursery Practitioners to work on a flexible supply basis across a range of nurseries in Bristol. This is an ideal opportunity for enthusiastic early years professionals seeking flexible working hours while gaining experience in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework
2. Support children’s development through safe, engaging, play-based activities
3. Adapt quickly to different nursery environments and routines
4. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment at all times
5. Work collaboratively with nursery teams to maintain high standards
6. Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies
Requirements
7. Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)
8. Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
9. Good understanding of the EYFS framework
10. A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
11. Strongmunication and teamwork skills
12. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable
13. Experience supporting children with SEND
14. Paediatric First Aid qualification
