Job Summary

Jackson Fire & Security is a leading independent provider of fire and security solutions, we've have been established for more than 30 years and have branches across the UK. Following strong and steady growth locally over the past two years, we are expanding our team to meet this growing demand.

We are recruiting a Client Success Manager to our small, local team based in Sevenoaks. This role will drive further growth while maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering exceptional commercial performance.

This role is about more just sales or scheduling appointments. You will ensure clients receive outstanding service and value while also delivering sales growth and profitability by continuing to nature and develop commercial relationships.

What You'll Do

* Build strong relationships with clients, proactively identifying new sales opportunities.
* Take ownership of client contracts, ensuring compliance, service standards, and profitability.
* Drive remedial works and upsells, progressing leads through the sales funnel.
* Follow up with clients at key milestones (such as when works complete) to obtain feedback on satisfaction levels.
* Report on renewals, contract performance, and sales results.
* Act as the link between clients, engineers, and the Branch Director to deliver both service quality and revenue growth.

What We Offer

* Flexibility: The contract for this role has scope for flexible working. The advertised salary is based on a full time contract (equivalent to 40 hours per week) but this could be adjusted to 25 – 40 hours to suit personal commitments such as childcare requirements, the salary would be adjusted on a prorata basis. Please note that this working pattern and contractual hours will need to be agreed in advance and a minimum of 50% of working hours must be from our modern offices at Salters Heath Business Centre in Sevenoaks during normal office hours.

* Competitive Salary: £43,000 (on a Full time, 40hr week contract) + performance bonus.

* Benefits: Up to 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, birthday leave.

What You'll Bring

* Background in contracts, service management, or account management (fire/security or B2B services advantageous).

* Skilled at balancing client satisfaction with commercial outcomes.

* Able to manage multiple priorities while keeping sales opportunities moving.

* Confident communicator, commercially sharp, and results focused.

Timeline and Recruitment Process:

* Applications will be Shortlisted on the w/c 20th October and candidates will be invited to interview on the same week.

* Interviews will take place in Sevenoaks on the w/c 27th October.

* A candidate will be selected and the position will be offered by 31st October.

* A mutually convenient start date will be agreed. Ideal start date would be in early November, though we appreciate notice may need to be given. It may be that the start is postponed until the beginning of January considering the company has a 2-week festive break in December.

Screening and Background Checks: Please note that Due to the nature of the business and industry requirements, successful applications will be subject to satisfactory screening and DBS clearance in accordance with BS 7858.
