Procurement Manager role for a Growing Consumer Brand, suitable for someone with food/ FMCG experience who is looking to take ownership of the raw material and packaging category.\n\nClient Details\n\nMichael Page Procurement & Supply Chain are working with a Growing FMCG Business, as they look to recruit a Procurement Manager to oversee the direct and indirect spend categories, managing a team and looking to support the business as they look to double turnover in the next 5 years. \n\nDescription\n\nThe role of Procurement Manager will be responsible for the following:\n\nManage the procurement spend for business, including raw materials, packaging and 3rd party manufacturing\nManage the procurement team, looking to introduce and develop better sourcing strategies and procurement practises across the business\nWorking cross-functionally & externally with suppliers to identify and deliver continuous efficiency and/or cost improvement opportunities\nLeading a team to deliver long-term strategies to ensure value, quality & minimise risk\nSupplier Management, including introduction of additional suppliers\nManage complex supplier relationships and own regular commercial meetings, to ensure engagement, alignment and clear communicationProfile\n\nSuccessful candidates will possess:\n\nAn experienced senior-level procurement expert, used to managing multiple categories\nExceptional stakeholder management & alignment abilities\nResilient, able to work at pace\nExperience working in FMGC or manufacturing\nExperience working with packaging procurement at some level\nExperience developing & negotiating supplier contracts\nOrganised with a very keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure\nGreat project managementJob Offer\n\nThe role if offering:\n\n£50-70k depending upon experience\nBonus, Pens, 25days+BH\nFlexibility to WFH, circa. 3 onsite, 2 offsite
