Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. Alongside your base pay, you will receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £12.70. You can also boost your earnings further with enhanced overtime for those special occasions!

So what do we need from you?
You don’t need any previous experience to join our friendly team — just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our training team will do the rest!
Driving Licence Requirements:
* Full UK or EU driving licence
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience
* Maximum of 6 penalty points
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.
As this is a customer-facing role, good communication skills are essential.

* You will be invited to tour the site, meet the team, ask questions, and have a relaxed chat as part of a light interview.
* We will run a Disclosure Barring System (DBS) check.
* Once all checks are complete, you will be offered the role and start your career with Ocado Logistics!
Contract Details:
* Type: Permanent
* Hours: 40 hours per week (including paid breaks)
* Work Days: Any 5 days out of 7, with 8-hour shifts. Further details provided during pre-boarding.
* Shifts: AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30 and finishing as late as 00:00. Shift rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay Structure:
This role is paid weekly until 19th May 2025, after which it will switch to a lunar cycle (every 4 weeks). Details of pay dates and periods are included.
Hourly Pay Rates:
Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate), Evening Premium (from 6 pm), Sunday Day & Evening Premium, Overtime rates for Day and Evening shifts.
