The Accounts & Payroll Assistant will provide support to the Finance Department, reporting to the Finance Director in preparation of management reports,pliance andpany policies. This role will support the Senior Management and Directors, as well as Payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Bank Reconciliation
2. Purchase Ledger
3. Fixed Asset accounting
4. Analyse financial statements, budgets & forecasts
5. Variance analysis and identify trends and potential issues
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes
7. Intepany
8. Assisting with audits
9. Payroll administration
Keys skills Required:
10. AAT Level 4 is a minimum requirement.
11. Payroll experience
12. Proficiency in software (Sage, Peoplesoft, QuickBooks, Xero)
13. Advanced excel skills for data analysis
14. Strongmunication skills
Location – Stoke Office
(Monday to Friday 39 hours, full time or - will be considered)
