Overview
Role: Store Manager / Location: Kentish Town / Salary: £40,376 per annum plus bonus and benefits / Hours of work: 40 hours per week – 5 out of 7 days, with a mixture of early and late shifts covering store opening and closing times.

What you’ll be doing
Responsibilities
* Leading from the front and working shoulder to shoulder with your team
* Managing, recognising and rewarding your team whilst maximising the performance of your store
* Identify the potential of your team to ensure a strong pipeline of talent
* Create a working environment where people are happy to come into work
* Full ownership of store financial contribution in order to drive sales and control costs
* Ensure you and your team always provide the highest level of customer service
* Maintain commercial awareness of competitors to improve team and store performance
* Ensure you take accountability for all aspects of store operations, including maintaining cleanliness and maintenance, health and safety compliance, store security and accurate administration
* Promote a positive and flexible approach to daily management of your store/team
