CNC Turner
An Excellent opportunity has become available for a CNC Turner/ Programmer / Setter / Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the manufacture of detailed components to customer's specification.
Requirements:
* Operation of a variety of Doosan and Lynx CNC machine tools, Fanuc controls.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Create CNC programs
* Read and Interpret CNC programs.
* Load, edit and save CNC programs.
* Able to select appropriate tooling.
* Able to select appropriate cutting conditions.
* Inspection and recording of dimensions against tolerances.
* Completion of all documentation.
* Engage with other Team Members.
Desired Experience:
* 5 years' experience with CNC lathes and Fanuc Controls
* Experience with Lynx Turn/mill
* CMM Experience
* Accustomed to working in a fast paced, precision engineering environment.
* Understand Health and Safety procedures and requirements
Committment:
* Maintain good discipline in timekeeping, work performance and conduct.
* Maintain high levels of housekeeping in the production area
* Available for overtime and weekend work to suit company requirements
Job Type: Full-time/permanent – 4 day week - Mon – Thurs (7.30am – 5.30pm)
* Enhanced rates for overtime.

Pay: £38,000.00 per year
