Responsibilities
1. Diary management, across global time zones.
2. Scheduling / Coordinating meetings (external and internal): Preparing internal rooms and coordinating with required stakeholders Printing and preparing relevant materials
3. Coordinating global travel and amodation requirements for the team.
4. Produce visa documentation when required.
5. Supporting visitors from international offices.
6. Liaising with Reception to arrange meeting rooms, guest access and hospitality as required.
7. Assisting EA's to clear their team expense reports each month in line withpany policy.
8. Process invoices and retain records to ensure timely payment
9. Sort post and deal with routine enquiries and confidential correspondence.
10. Assisting with the organisation of team social events.
11. Printing & binding of various documentation and presentations.
12. Providing adhoc support to other EA's and administration colleagues as required.
Technical Skills
13. Excellent organization andmunication skills
14. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint - Previous experience using Concur would be desirable but not essential.
15. Proactive and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
16. Decisive, resourceful and quick to prioritize.
