Overview
The Door Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at venues and events. This position requires a vigilant individual who can effectively monitor premises, manage crowd control, and ensure compliance with licensing laws. The Door Supervisor is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while also being prepared to handle any incidents that may arise.
Duties
* Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of patrons and staff.
* Manage crowd control during busy periods, ensuring a smooth flow of guests and adherence to venue capacity limits.
* Provide first aid assistance as necessary, responding promptly to any medical emergencies.
* Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
* Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken during shifts.
Experience
* Previous experience in a security role is highly desirable.
* Certification in first aid or willingness to obtain certification is preferred.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to assess situations quickly and effectively. This role is essential for ensuring the safety of all individuals within the venue while promoting a positive atmosphere. Candidates should be proactive, reliable, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.

MONTHLY PAY 15th of Each Month
You must be consistently available Saturdays
