Job Title: Receptionist Location: Maidenhead Contract: 6 Months / Onsite Hours: 37.5 hours per week Rates: £13.85 p/h Job Description We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join a leading pharmaceutical company on a 6-month temporary contract. This role is based at their Maidenhead office and will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing queries to the appropriate departments. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area. Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments. Support administrative tasks for various departments as required. Ensure compliance with company security and health & safety procedures. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (corporate environment preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
