Responsibilities
* Work on product performance and process.
* Reporting and analysis tasks.
* Tech support for customers.
* Support innovation for engineering tasks.
* Perform root cause and corrective action as required.
* Support Manufacturing cells and engineering tasks as required.
* Design for Manufacturability (DFM), NPI and Manufacturing Process tasks.
* KPIs/metrics/data as required.
Qualifications
* Minimum HND or degree in a related STEM, Production or Manufacturing Engineering subject.
* Knowledge/experience of electronics Manufacturing.
* Process improvement/efficiency/lean manufacturing experience.
* Can lead/participate in process FMEA, Control Plan, Process flow development, review and risk mitigation processes.
* Experience of various Manufacturing platforms.
* Technical presentation skills.
* Ideally have worked for an Engineering, Manufacturing or Defence company.
* Communication to all levels of the organisation.
* Can work as a team player, independently and challenge status quo as required.
