Join Atech as a Senior Cloud Technician, where you’ll be working closely with law firms and legal professionals, supporting the cloud environments that keep their practices running smoothly. In this role, you’ll handle escalated tickets from 1st line, taking ownership of more complex issues and ensuring our clients receive fast, expert-level support. You’ll support and maintain Windows Terminal Servers, alongside working with Azure-based platforms. A large part of your role will focus on the legal sector’s core applications - especially Partner for Windows (P4W). Your technical expertise combined with excellent customer handling skills will make a real difference to our clients operations.
