Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday
Duration: Permanent
Location: Faversham, Kent

What You'll Do
Carry Out Repairs: Respond promptly to day-to-day maintenance requests from tenants and the welfare team, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Hands-On Problem Solving: Diagnose and fix a variety of maintenance issues, from plumbing and electrical to general property repairs.
Preventive Maintenance: Undertake routine checks and planned maintenance to keep properties in top condition and prevent future problems.
Handle Emergencies: Prioritise urgent repairs and unplanned maintenance tasks to minimise disruption for residents.
Maintain Site Systems: Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are operating safely and efficiently.
Keep Records: Log all work completed, inspections, and equipment checks accurately.
Tenant Interaction: Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, keeping them informed about repair progress.
Support Team Operations: Assist with scheduling, ordering parts, and other admin tasks when needed.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in property maintenance, ideally within caravan parks, holiday parks, or similar environments.
Good knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
Practical skills across plumbing, electrics, and general repairs.
A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
