About The Role
Are you a highly organised and customer-focused administrator looking to thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our Castleford-based team at PTSG Electrical Services, where you'll play a key role in supporting our operations and delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Operational Director, planners, and field-based engineers.
* Send post-job documentation and updates to customers.
* Assist the scheduling team with job packs and site information.
* Accurately input and maintain data in internal systems.
* Organise vehicle servicing and maintain compliance records.
* Manage electronic and paper filing systems to ensure accessibility and audit readiness.
* Support wider team operations as needed.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting field-based teams.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
* A professional, customer-first attitude and a collaborative mindset.
