ISQ Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected Commercial Vehicle dealership to recruit a qualified LCV Technician for their Westbury site.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Light Commercial Vehicle Technician seeking manufacturer training, structured progression, and strong earning potential within an award-winning dealer group.
The Role
As an LCV Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability for customers.
Working within a professional workshop environment, you will undertake diagnostics, servicing, mechanical repairs, and PDI preparation while contributing to workshop efficiency and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out major and minor repairs to LCVs
Perform diagnostics, servicing, and preventative maintenance
Prepare new vehicles within PDI bays to manufacturer standards
Fit aftermarket equipment as required
Conduct wheel alignment and tyre fitting
Accurately complete job cards, warranty documentation, and service records using Keyloop/Kerridge systems
Identify worn or defective components in line with DVSA standards
Maintain workshop cleanliness and compliance
Work collaboratively with the wider technical team to achieve productivity targets
Candidate Requirements
Level 3 qualification in LCV Vehicle Repair & Maintenance (NVQ / City & Guilds / IMI)
Proven experience carrying out diagnostics and service repairs
Strong understanding of DVSA standards
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work efficiently within agreed timeframes
