We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused
Doorperson to join our incredible Concierge team at Pan Pacific
London.
You show
confidence, empathy and professionalism when dealing with guests and
associates alike. You are calm under pressure and you desire to
deliver the best experience for our guests.

JOB SUMMARY
Working as the
Doorperson, you are dedicated to providing exceptional care while demonstrating
great pride and attention to detail in your work. You have a distinctive, warm
and ‘can do’ personality that makes all our guests feel at home, no matter what
the request. You work calmly under a high-pressure environment so that our
guest can focus on what is important to them. You have a passion for providing
friendly, courteous & proficient service to our guests within all Front of
House areas. You are a car fanatic and enjoy driving luxury cars. Your tasks as
Doorperson will include but not be limited to:

Welcome all guests to our hotel with a smile,
acknowledging them for the duration of their stay and taking a genuine interest
in them.
·
You have the confidence to drive luxury vehicles
when our guests request valet service.
·
Control the traffic ensuring that there are no
vehicles blocking the main entrance.
· Assist guests and visitors with directions in the hotel.
· Assist guests by confortably parking their cars in dedicated parking areascomfortably
