This is an excellent opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership position as Group Finance Manager, overseeing group-wide financial operations and supporting strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities
* Consolidate financial reporting across multiple entities and ensure accuracy and compliance
* Partner with senior leadership to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and business plans
* Lead the preparation of group management accounts and board reporting
* Oversee group-wide financial controls and drive process improvements
* Support M&A activity, integration of new businesses, and system enhancements
Qualifications
* A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Experience working in a multi-entity or group finance environment
* Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and consolidations
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive mindset with a track record of delivering improvements and supporting growth
