Job Description Job title: Client Account Handler Salary: £20,000 DOE Location: Kent PURPOSE OF ROLE We are working with a well-established business seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Trainee / Client Account Handler. In this role, you will manage insurance renewals, prepare quotes, and provide administrative support while delivering excellent client service. This is an ideal opportunity for a school leaver, graduate, or someone looking to start their career in the insurance industry. RESPONSIBILITIES Handle insurance renewals for a niche client base Respond to client correspondence and provide accurate quotes Answer incoming phone calls and manage general enquiries Support internal staff with administrative tasks Maintain and update client records Build and sustain strong client relationships DAY-TO-DAY Communicating with clients via phone and email Preparing and issuing insurance quotations Supporting colleagues with general administrative duties Updating and maintaining CRM and client information systems Contributing to a supportive and client-focused team environment EXPERIENCE GCSEs including Maths and English at grade A-C (or equivalent) Ideally educated to A-Level standard Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) Insurance experience is beneficial but not essential – a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are key SKILLS Strong organisational ability Clear and professional communication Effective task and time management Confidence using Microsoft 365 Positive attitude and eagerness to develop professionally If you have the relevant experience or know someone that does please contact us now on 07441 934 168 or email us at admin@lawesgroup.co.uk
