Job title: Client Account Handler
Salary: £20,000+ DOE

PURPOSE OF ROLE
We are working with a well-established business seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Trainee / Client Account Handler. In this role, you will manage insurance renewals, prepare quotes, and provide administrative support while delivering excellent client service. This is an ideal opportunity for a school leaver, graduate, or someone looking to start their career in the insurance industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handle insurance renewals for a niche client base
* Respond to client correspondence and provide accurate quotes
* Answer incoming phone calls and manage general enquiries
* Support internal staff with administrative tasks
* Maintain and update client records
* Build and sustain strong client relationships
DAY-TO-DAY
* Communicating with clients via phone and email
* Preparing and issuing insurance quotations
* Supporting colleagues with general administrative duties
* Updating and maintaining CRM and client information systems
* Contributing to a supportive and client-focused team environment
EXPERIENCE
* GCSEs including Maths and English at grade A-C (or equivalent)
* Ideally educated to A-Level standard
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Insurance experience is beneficial but not essential – a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are key
