Salary:
* Competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
Your Role:
As an IFA Administrator, you will be the backbone of our advisory team, ensuring a smooth client journey from initial contact through to recommendation and ongoing review. Your role will include:
* Managing appointments and correspondence on behalf of advisors.
* Liaising with product providers and managing the administrative side of new business processing.
* Updating client records and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
* Liaising with Customers
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a similar role within Wealth Management or Financial Planning.
* Strong understanding of FCA guidelines and compliance requirements.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in using platforms such as Intelligent Office or similar CRM systems.
* A proactive, client-first attitude, with a desire to support the success of both the advisors and the firm.
