💼 The Role
* Deliver high‑quality social work services to children with complex disabilities and their families.
* Undertake a range of assessments including Children & Families, Risk, Parenting, and Sibling Assessments.
* Develop robust, person‑centred care plans to support children and their families, including respite and behavioural support.
* Provide professional guidance and contribute to the ongoing development of best practice within the team.
* Work closely with partner agencies to ensure children are safeguarded and supported to reach their full potential.
💰 What's on Offer
* Salary: £40,369 - £43,686 per annum
* Welcome Bonus: £6,000
