We are seeking energized and empathetic individuals to join our Enfield, CT contact center during our busiest season. This is a long-term temporary role ending January 31, 2025.
About the role
Located in Enfield, CT, this role involves hybrid working with equipment provided. You will work in the office 1-2 days weekly. Full training is provided.
Our Customer Service Team handles over 3 million queries annually across 5 global centers, covering topics from building tips to troubleshooting. The shift is from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm EST, Monday to Friday, with 6-week training sessions starting throughout the year.
Core Responsibilities
* Engage in verbal and written communication in English and French.
* Utilize technology such as Salesforce, internet, and knowledge bases to assist consumers.
* Maintain confidentiality and sign a confidentiality agreement.
* Provide excellent service during high-volume periods.
* Adhere to scheduled shifts and breaks.
* Represent the LEGO brand through our tone of voice.
* Prioritize and multitask to meet consumer expectations.
* Achieve performance metrics through surveys and productivity.
* Work on critical days like Black Friday and Cyber Monday during peak seasons.
Qualifications
* Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Experience in premium customer service or inbound sales, preferably retail.
* Confidence in making judgments for consumers.
* Attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
* Access to a secure Wi-Fi network and private workspace for remote work.
