Warehouse Operative (Goods In & Goods Out) Location: Halifax Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 5:30pm (1 hour unpaid break per day) Contract Type: Temp to Perm Sector: Industrial / Logistics / Warehouse Start Date: ASAP Job Description We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our client’s busy warehouse team. You’ll be responsible for managing both Goods In and Goods Out operations, ensuring that all deliveries are handled accurately, efficiently, and safely. Key Duties: * Off-loading and checking deliveries * Counting and verifying goods received * Completing and signing receipt paperwork * Preparing, checking, wrapping, and loading outgoing goods * Operating a Forklift Truck (FLT licence essential) * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Using basic computer systems / CRM (training provided) Requirements: ✅ Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or goods-in/out role ✅ Valid Forklift Truck licence (Counterbalance or Reach) ✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy ✅ Physically fit and reliable ✅ CRM or warehouse system knowledge beneficial (training given) Benefits: * Temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established company * Regular hours (4-day working week) * Ongoing support and training * Great team environment
