We are looking for an energetic and motivated Learner & Employer Engagement Officer to help grow our learner recruitment, employer partnerships and community engagement activity.
This is a varied, people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging with others and making a real difference.
As a Learner & Employer Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in promoting Springboard’s programmes to learners, employers, schools and community organisations across the North East.
You will help people access opportunities that improve their future while also developing strong employer partnerships that support work placements, recruitment opportunities and progression routes.
No two days are the same — you may be attending careers events, meeting employers, supporting learner recruitment campaigns, delivering presentations or helping applicants through their enrolment journey.
