Were looking for a reliable, hands:on Maintenance Operative to join our clients team on a busy site.
Job Duties
* General site maintenance and day:to:day repairs
* Basic plumbing (changing taps, fixing basins, etc.)
* Basic electrics (changing lights, sockets, switches)
* Flooring repairs and minor carpentry
* Filling, patching, and general maintenance
* Moving fixtures and helping with small installs
* Supporting with reactive jobs around site
What were looking for
* Someone with previous maintenance / handyman experience
* Immediate Start
* Confident with basic plumbing and electrics
* Able to work on their own and get jobs done
* A good attitude and willing to get stuck in
* Electrical Qualifications ( Desired)
