Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are seeking Teaching Assistants to join a wonderful 2-form entry Primary School in the BS4 area of South Bristol.
As a Teaching Assistant within this school, you will work closely with the Class Teachers to support SEN pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small groups.

The Role
This position is available to start as soon as possible and continues into September.
The Head Teacher is looking for a resilient, dedicated, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support classroom learning and children requiring 1:1 support. Ideally, you will have SEND and EYFS experience and a passion for working with children.
You will be expected to:
* Communicate effectively with Class Teachers, SENCo, and Parents.
* Build strong and trustworthy relationships.
* Prioritize the needs and interests of pupils.
* Adapt activities to meet individual needs, ensuring access to learning.
