We are looking for a specialist PE (Physical Education & Sports) Teacher who can start in May 2026 and work on a full-time basis at this popular secondary school. The ideal PE Teacher will be able to teach at KS3 and KS4 level. Unqualified Teachers, Overseas Qualified Teachers and Cover Supervisors with a PE or Sports specialism could be considered as well as PE and Sports graduates seeking to build experience in mainstream schools.
In order to be considered for this PE (Physical Education & Sports) Teacher job in Canterbury, Kent you must have:
1. A good understanding of the PE curriculum to GCSE level
2. The ability to inspire students in the classroom with fun and engaging lessons
3. Ability to teach mixed ability classes differentiating for SEND but challenging the most academic
4. A willingness to work with specialists across the school to deliver the best possible education to every student
