What You’ll Be Doing Team Leadership: Train, inspire, and support a tight-knit crew. Customer Experience: Keep things friendly, fun, and effortlessly smooth – the kind of service people rave about. Operations: Manage rotas, stock, suppliers, and all the back-end bits that keep the café flowing. Standards & Safety: Make sure every coffee is top quality and the place stays spotless and safe. Creativity: Help shape menu ideas, host local collabs, or put your spin on in-store experiences. Performance: Keep an eye on targets, costs, and KPIs without losing the heart of what makes SPACE special.
