We are excited to be recruiting for an HGV driver. This is a Class 1 4 on 4 off role based at Newark Motor Auctions. This is an unrivalled opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest growing motor groups. As a Stoneacre HGV Driver you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and timely delivery of unregistered and customer vehicles to a wide variety of locations.

An average day as a HGV Driver
Collection / Delivery of trade vehicles from various sites to NMA. Movements of unregistered vehicles between Stoneacre sites. Delivery of new and used vehicles to customers. Finance vehicle collections from home addresses back to NMA.
‘4 on 4 off' role, 3 nights out per shift pattern and will share a truck with another driver who is mirrored to their shifts. Full working days in line with current DVSA guidelines.
Transferring company vehicles to various Stoneacre sites across the UK
You will follow all health and safety rules and regulations in addition to making a commitment to driving safely and responsibly.

Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Flexible and 'can do' attitude.
You will be able to take responsibility for your own work to the highest standard and work on your own initiative.
You will be hard working, reliable and trustworthy.
Good interpersonal skills, representing the company brand image at all times to customers on site.
Class 1 HGV entitlement is essential for this role
Car Transporter experience would be advantageous
Able to use computer/ tablet systems (Training will be given).
Must be over the age of 23 years old (due to insurance stipulations)
