About the Role
We are seeking a highly proactive, motivated, and results-driven Sales Agent to join our expanding telephone-based sales team. The successful candidate will identify and nurture leads, contact potential customers by phone to promote and sell our products or services, and play a crucial role in driving the growth of Admiral Business by providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
* Conduct calls to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits of our products or services.
* Maintain strong product knowledge and respond to customer inquiries.
* Upsell Admiral Business products to expand our reach.
* Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service.
* Accurately update customer information and sales records in the CRM system.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* A proven track record in outbound sales.
* Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
* A positive, self-motivated attitude.
* Strong rapport-building skills.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
* Adaptability to a fast-paced, start-up environment.
* Experience with CRM systems to maximize sales.
* Strong organizational skills and confidence to challenge the status quo.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as underwriting, customer service, and marketing.
Preferred but not essential:
* Previous insurance experience.
* Experience with Salesforce.

Hybrid Working
The successful candidate will work from our Cardiff or Swansea office twice a week.
