About the Role
Group Property Services manage all property assets throughout the branch estate as well as Principal Office and other back office sites. As Group Property Services Manager you will support the Director of Group Property & Procurement with the day to day operations of the function as well as projects including ongoing branch refurbishments.
The role will have responsibility for Maintenance and Facilities functions ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is attended as well as ensuring sufficient resource is in place. Risk Management will be a key part of the role ensuring the safety and comfort of our colleagues and customers.
The role will be primarily based at Cobalt although there will be a need to travel to branches and other sites
.
About You
You will have experience of operations management and leadership of a Property Services function focusing on facilities and maintenance background. A working knowledge of office and retail plant / equipment and security systems is desired.
You will be to communicate effectively with colleagues, visitors and contractors in a range of situations and will have a flexible approach to working hours. You will also be a team player and be able to work well in a busy environment where there are often changing priorities.
A full UK driving Licence will required for the role.
