Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join the Arts Council Collection at a pivotal moment in its history. As we prepare to relocate the Collection to a new storage facility in Coventry in 2026/27, we are also embarking on a transformative journey to become an independent organisation, transitioning away from the Southbank Centre. We are looking for a creative and organised professional to join us on a part-time basis to document this transition and ensure our audiences remain deeply connected to this nationally significant collection.

* Experience working with social media analytics and other data analysis tools.
* Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly in writing and verbally to a range of stakeholders at all levels.

* Act as the primary point of contact for external web developers and hosting partners; oversee the maintenance and security of the site, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly.
* Develop occasional video and photographic content to document the Collection’s transition, focusing on cost-effective, in-house production for social media and archival use.
