I am currently working with a leading contractor who is expanding their presence across the UK and Europe within the Energy, Power & Renewables sector. As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a major UK-based EP&R (Energy, Power & Renewables) project. Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial and contractual requirements across the full project lifecycle Act as the commercial interface with the client team Lead on procurement of subcontractor packages and supplier agreements Carry out cost planning, forecasting, and risk analysis Manage and respond to key contractual correspondence Oversee subcontractor performance and valuations Prepare project margin and cashflow reports Handle project variations and agree commercial changes with the client What We’re Looking For: Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field 5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role Previous experience delivering renewable energy or infrastructure projects in the UK Electrical project experience is desirable Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders High attention to detail and excellent time management skills Why Apply?
