The firm's office is based in Tunbridge Wells and both hybrid or semi-remote working options are available depending on candidate location and preferences. This exciting opportunity comes as a result of a significant increase in client work, particularly across the tech and IT sectors. Youll be supporting a dynamic portfolio of over 150 technology-driven businesses, offering expert legal guidance on a wide range of commercial and technology matters. What Youll Be Advising On: Managed Services Agreements Master Services Agreements Professional Services Agreements Service Level Agreements Intellectual Property Assignments Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Licence & Maintenance Agreements Letters of Agreement End User Licence Agreements (EULAs) What Were Looking For: 5 years PQE with a solid grounding in commercial contract law (preferably private practice) Experience in or a strong interest in the technology sector Exceptional client-facing skills Confidence to attend and contribute to business development and networking events A collaborative, growth-minded approach Why Join?
