Our client, a progressive recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead their Swindon branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven recruitment professional to make their mark and drive the success of a dynamic team.
Position Overview
As the Senior Consultant/Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the recruitment branch's operations. This pivotal role involves generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and guiding the recruitment process from sourcing to placement. You will also mentor and support a team of consultants, fostering their growth and success.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the Industrial/Driving recruitment branch
Develop and implement effective strategies to generate new business and expand the client base
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
Lead the full recruitment cycle, from identifying talent to successfully placing candidates
Coach, motivate, and support a team of recruitment consultants to achieve their potential
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices
